Absolutely sweet and good-hearted beyond measure, Colleen and Brandon are true salt-of-the-earth types. With megawatt smiles and sparkling eyes to match, they form a handsome couple that radiate warmth and kindness.

Both young professionals working in Phoenix, Arizona, the two are driven to do good in the world:  he, as a Deer Valley School District computer programmer and she, as an internist at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. They have both worked incredibly hard to attain success in their fields, to develop themselves as compassionate members of their community and, of course, to grow alongside one another as a pair that leaves a meaningful impact on the world.

The couple first met in California, while meeting friends for dinner at a restaurant in Sausalito, overlooking the waters of the bay.  Yes, love ensued, and one of its culminations was a magical, earthy trip to the Grand Canyon. There, as they were wrapped in the moment and gazing at the stars, Brandon said, “None of these stars are as bright as this,” and presented Colleen with an engagement ring.

Just like the deep blues and violets rich in the night sky, the couple also gravitated toward lush, darker colors to incorporate into their wedding scheme. Bright, fully-saturated hues brought new levels of sophistication to the classic wedding whites. Coordinated by Jean Marks, a true crown jewel in the wedding-event industry, Colleen and Brandon were in highly competent hands.

They selected the enchanting Thomas Fogarty Winery, located on the scenic San Francisco Peninsula, as the perfect location to share and declare their love for one another. With astonishingly beautiful views that span all the way to San Jose, this winery is a truly elegant and intimate location.

For the joyful occasion, Colleen sparkled in a gorgeous strapless Lazaro gown with full skirts, dainty Badgley Mischka heels, and glittering accessories by Givenchy, which were a tasteful complement to the bride’s milky skin. Her dear bridesmaids were thoughtfully outfitted in J.Crew, while her charming groom, Brandon, was dashing in a strong Hugo Boss suit. As gifts, the bridesmaids received a jewelry set to wear during the ceremony, while the groomsmen received specialized flasks.

While their wedding day was a delicious whirlwind of laughter, profound emotion and sheer beauty, Colleen says that the two most memorable moments–for her–were standing at the altar with Brandon, as they read their vows aloud to one another, as well as sweetly sitting side-by-side during their stunning reception, dining and receiving well wishes from all corners of the room.

Their love then set sail for the natural splendor of New Zealand, one of the world’s true wonders. A lovely beginning to the rest of their lives. Congratulations, Colleen & Brandon!
